We create single property websites for each property we manage and syndicate the site across the most popular websites designed specifically for the home and condo rental market, exposing your property to the widest possible audience.
Our pre-qualification system narrows the pool of applicants to only those prospects with the greatest potential. A detailed credit check determines good payment habits and a solid financial background. We verify employment, income and carefully check references.
Once we select tenants that are a good fit for your property we collect a holding deposit and have a lease agreement signed in a timely manner. On a one-to-one basis we start the relationship on a solid footing of open communication.

FULL RENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH AND DELINQUENT IF RENT IS RECEIVED AFTER THE 3RD OF THE MONTH. TENANTS HAVE THE OPTION TO PAY THEIR RENT ONLINE, OR WITH AUTOMATED WITHDRAWALS, REDUCING THE POSSIBILITY OF LATE PAYMENTS. LATE NOTICES ARE SENT ON THE 5TH AND PROCEEDINGS ARE INITIATED IF THE TENANT DOES NOT MAKE IMMEDIATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR RENT PAYMENT. WE FEEL THAT THE COLLECTION OF RENT IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS OF MANAGING YOUR PROPERTY. WITHOUT RENT, NONE OF US GET PAID.

Owners have online access 24/7 through the Owners Login portal that is established when we setup your account. If you choose, we can handle the payment of mortgages, property taxes and homeowner association dues for your rental property. In addition to monthly statements we also provide a complete year-to-date account summary specifically designed to simplify the year-end tax preparation job for you or your accountant.
