Royce just helped us buy our first home, and I couldn’t be happier with his services. The market is tough right now for buyers, and he really stuck with us every step of the way until we found and closed on the perfect house. We hunted for houses for nearly six months, and I felt that he was just as dedicated to finding us the right house throughout the whole process as we were! Royce did a great job of helping us sell our house and buy a new one. He understood our goals and worked with us to develop a plan to make it happen – which it did, to a tee. Royce had lots of good advice on pricing strategy, holding the most effective open houses, developing marketing materials, and working the buyers to get the best price. Royce essentially paid for himself by getting us way over what we could have done on our own.

If you value an agent who is passionate about what they do, who is prompt with responses by cell, text, and email, who is extremely knowledgeable about the home buying/selling process and can walk you through all the ins and outs so you can make an informed decision, and who will go to bat for you in the negotiating process, then Royce is the agent for you.
If you value an agent that seems like they hate what they do, who acts like you’re wasting their time whenever you reach out to have a simple question answered, and overall just treats you like a second class citizen, well, Royce is talented enough that he could, with ample warning of your lack of self esteem and general masochistic personality, accommodate you as well. He’s that good.

Royce helped us buy our dream house and find tenants for our old house, rather very quickly (all within roughly 2 months!) He understood our goals and worked with us to develop a strategy to make it happen, from financial advice, the right offer to even finding the right contractors.
We especially appreciate his “full disclosure” approach, no upselling, no gimmicks, no hidden secrets. Being an engineer myself, I love his engineering thinking which has helped us get all the complicated numbers sorted out very effectively. These two combined have helped us communicate with the seller and tenants very efficiently and build up trust between both parties, and eventually closed both deals in very short amount of time.
All in all, Royce is a very trustworthy and courteous partner. Buying/Selling/Renting a house can be a very long and dreadful process. With Royce’s help, it turned out to be a fun ride for me and my wife! We achieved a lot and also learned a lot during this process. We would definitely use Royce again for all my friends and family’s real estate needs. Highly recommended!
