Royce did a great job of helping us sell our house and buy a new one. He understood our goals and worked with us to develop a plan to make it happen – which it did, to a tee. Royce had lots of good advice on pricing strategy, holding the most effective open houses, developing marketing materials, and working the buyers to get the best price. Royce essentially paid for himself by getting us way over what we could have done on our own.
Then on the buy side, Royce was great at helping us figure out what we really wanted, and where, and helped us get a great price. We definitely recommend Royce for both the buy- and sell-sides, and will use him again for our family’s real estate needs.
