I was extremely happy with the job Royce did when I was buying my first home. The whole process is very overwhelming, but Royce not only has the knowledge and experience to help, but the patience and attentiveness to thoroughly explain it all to those of us who are entirely unfamiliar with real estate. He is always friendly, punctual, and totally honest which is much appreciated. It’s been nearly half a year and I couldn’t be happier with the home I bought and the whole process.
