Up Front: Royce is a very dear friend of mine. While my wife and I researched 3 agents for the sale of our quality property – I ‘threw his hat in the ring’ as a matter of friendship and support of his fledgling efforts into real estate. Wow! Did he knock it out of the park! Royce was ultra-aggressive in examining/qualifying our property, making extremely helpful staging suggestions and providing quality photography and an awesome web posting. My wife is a “Home Stager” herself and he worked w/her to make this property super appealing! The pre-showing walk through chats were honest and insightful. Open House events were tremendous given Royce’s on-line and street-side invitations. Where Royce truly excels is in his “Engineering” mindset (caveat: he has worked with/for me as a software developer in the past). He takes that software mindset and deploys it into today’s complicate, fast-paced and timely real estate market. You have to promote the property instantly, make it available to the MLS, Zillow and Trulia as a featured and highly desirable opportunity. He even placed custom door-hangers throughout our neighborhood advertising the Open House! Royce did all of that overnight! Best of all was the streamlined and courte
ous documentation process. Gone are the days of meetings to sign docs, counteroffers, inspections, etc. All in all, Royce made it super easy to sell our property! Less than a week in a tepid market while we were ‘out in the country’ – he made it work. Afterwards – I have been in awesome contact with our buyer “Allen T.” (see his review also). It sure seems that we are ALL equally happy w/Royce’s efforts wrt this sale. I would not hesitate to utilize Royce in the future for a real estate transaction.
